Ok, I got it. You need to take high fiber foods which are low in calories. Primarily fruits and vegeatables. They are rich in fiber and low in calories. Some of the best ones are apple, orange, pineapply, papaya, grapes, cabbage, green leafy vegeatables, etc.

I know your supposed to eat every day but i also know you should only eat when your hungry, and stop when your full. what if i never get hungry? Ive gone all day before without eating because i wasnt hungry. So my question is, should i wait until im hungry or just eat?
I am always hungry even after I eat,I start to get shaky & feel a bit disoriented if I don t eat right away.I do have anxiety and my doctor has now told me that I may be depressed and that is causing me to be hungry all the time.I don t feel it is depression or anxiety I feel that my blood sugar is out of whack but the doctor says all my test came back negative
