What can be eaten if hungry all the time ?

With a 60 carb per meal limit and hungry most of the time; just what can be eaten?(this is for type 2 diabetic.) the "60" is 60 carbs per meal ; not 60 calories!

Ok, I got it. You need to take high fiber foods which are low in calories. Primarily fruits and vegeatables. They are rich in fiber and low in calories. Some of the best ones are apple, orange, pineapply, papaya, grapes, cabbage, green leafy vegeatables, etc.
