What Can Be Done For This Hole On The Back Of My Left Kneecap ?

I have a hole on the back of my left kneecap and sometimes my left kneecap would go out when I walk, stand up or sit down .I never had it all my life it. What should I do?

This displacement of knee cap you have seen is because of age related changes in your bones and are due to osteoarthritis. If there is no pain, then you need not worry. Start doing knee exercises in consultation with a physiotherapist.
