Stretch marks may occur as a side effect of corticosteroids or because of sudden weight loss or weight gain. Topical tretinoin 0.025 percent cream can be applied at night over the affected area at night.Topical Vitamin E can also help along with oral Vitamin E capsules. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may be used for itching. Discuss the above mentioned therapy with your dermatologist.Regards
