What can be an ideal body size as per my weight ?

Hello, I am 23 year old female. I am 5 1 and 137 pounds. My measurements are 40-31-38 (36DD) I know that I am at least slightly chubby or fat, but my question is how much weight should I lose? Or what measurments would be normal for my height?

Thanks for posting your query.

The good measurements are comparing height for weight.

Your height would be around 160cms.

So your weight should be around 60 kgs.

Hope I have answered your query.

Wishing you good health.
