What can an individual do to get their albumin level within normal range?

What can an individual do to get their albumin level within normal range?  I am currently being treated for HBP with Lisinipril which is keeping the HBP under control.  MD ordered blood workup and my albumin came back with a reading of 5.1.  Is there something that I can do without taking anymore medication?

If it is not due to any disease entity simply high protein diet like cereals, milk, dry fruits
and market protein product like Grd powder, threptin biscuits, protinex all this with
milk help you improve your protein level. Thanks
