General & Family Physician Dr. Shainaz Arif Kaware's  Response
Hello Saima;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Hair fall is now a very common problem & has its causes like anaemia;deficiency of vitamins ;minerals;mental stress;dandruff;telogen effluvium.So you need to correct the deficiency if any also premature greying is genetic or related to stress for greying at least there is no direct treatment available so you have to cover with dye /hair colour .As for hair loss please consult a Dermatologist/Trichologist he will examine & prescribe the necessary treatment.
