Hi, From the explanation you provided, it looks like Allergic reaction . The most probable cause can be allergy to any food or medication. It can also be due to a number other causes like any skin cosmetics, Poison ivy, allergy to leather, latex etc. As Avil is not able to resolve it completely you should consult a Skin Specialist or an Immunologist and get evaluated, An allergy test has to be done to rule out the exact cause of the allergy. Once the cause is ruled out it can be eliminated from your exposure to relieve the symptoms. Along with it you can also be advised a Steroid shot to resolve the symptoms quickly and given anti allergy medicines like Fexofenadine etc., to relieve completely. Also, topical application of anti-itch ointment like Caladryl lotion can help in soothing the skin and reducing itching. You can apply Coconut oil to soothe the skin.
