my name is anjali. i am 35 year old. my height is 5.4 and my weight is 85kg. i am fatty. what should i do to decrease my weight and get back to normal shape? will i ever retain my shape? ---anjali

You need to work with the combination of proper diet and exercise to lose weight. Avoid any kind of fried, fatty, oily, junk food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables during the day. Drink plenty of water. Eat food high in proteins like pulses, cereals, eggs, chicken, lean meat. Do regular exercise everyday like brisk walking for 40 minutes. If you follow this in few months you will surely find significant weight loss.

how long you are having overweight. is it sudden gain in weight? if it is unusual sudden weight there may be some some pathological condition of thyroid hormone imbalance also.So please do the investigation of thyroid hormone. Other about gaining weight is dietery habit and lack of exercise. Please balance diet free from fat.have practice of yoga and meditation.. Yes some herbal preparation like guggulu, lasuna, and yogic practice will help you.

1. weight loss will also depend upon your life style(sedentary??) and pattern of food (over eating?)
