What can I do to lower my cholesterol from 218 to normal? I do take a fish oil gel cap every day... Thank you,

watch your cholesterol intake.. such as eggs and cheese.. 1 egg = 215 mg cholesterol.. 2 eggs is more than the amount you should eat daily.. also, try taking fish oil capsules, they help lower cholesterol and so does oatmeal.
