What can I do to avoid the feeling of being a hypothyroid when I am not ?

I have done two rounds of blood test , I haven t yet gotten the results from the second ones, the first one I had a TSH done and i was a 3.26 which is still normal but I am having ALL the symptoms of the hypo thyroid. what is there to do so I can stop feeling like I am?

your tsh is with in normal limits so don't worry you don't have hypothyroidism.take good food ,do some exercise and meditation you will be allright
