What Can I Do For The Discomfort In My Left Nostril ?
I m having trouble sleeping because I have a moderate discomfort in my left nostral that goes into my cheek. I tried using menthol based lip balm, and got some mucus out, but it still hurts! My mucus was, infact, infected. What should I do, I need some sleep!

Hi,
You seem to be having sinusitis, you need to get a proper examination done by a good ENT specialist to rule out infection. Mean while drink plenty of warm water, do steam inhalation and you can try taking anti-inflammatory medicines (such as Ibuprofen/ Diclofenac).
