Hello,

You are mentioning the severe stabbing pain in the head. So first of all rule out vascular cause especially hypertensive urgency by checking blood pressure. If the history of trauma present than provide it. Viral flu, severe stress, dehydration, smoking, migraine etcetera can be other causes

Provide history regarding another clinical complaint especially fever if present. Consult a nearby physician for blood pressure checking and physical examination. According to cause specific treatment given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
