I ve been putting ice packs on it 20 min. on 20 min. off and advil also a muscle relaxer . When the advil wares off . I can t walk on it at and i m scooting my foot with or without advil . I don t know what else i can do for it . I did try soaking it in E. salt . Do you know what else i can do for it ? Thank you !
The symptoms seem to be related to the fall. The blue color is related to the bad circulation of the blood in the leg. I suggest to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also recommend cold compresses for pain relief. If the blue color continues, I suggest to go at the emergency room for further evaluation.
Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
