What Are Urinary Tract Infection Signs And Symptoms?

Hi doctor am a male aged 33, am about 168cm weighing 86kgs. Been noticing white hair like residue in my urine an then also if I leave it in a plastic closed bottle for overnight it has reddish solid diamond granules at the base. I do not feel any pain when urinating neither have I been sexually active except that my frequency of going to pee has increased than before.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Most of the urinary tract symptoms present with increasing frequency of urination, burning, fever, or foul smelling of urine. In a mild infection only one of these symptoms may be present or even asymptomatic initially. In my opinion you have to check the early morning mid-stream urine sample for Urine Routine Examination and Microscopy to help get a clue.
Best regards.
