Hello dear Understand your concern 1. As you had taken unwanted 72 pill with in 24 hour sex, chance of pregnancy is very less only 5 %. 2. As you taken unwanted 72 pill two times, period may be delayed due to hormonal imbalance. So you have to wait up to 10 days from your normal period date. If period is delayed by 10-12 days, you should go for pregnancy confirmation by urine pregnancy kit/blood HCG/USG scan. USG should be done before abortion to confirm intrauterine pregnancy. Abortion can be done by the abortion kit under the observation of gynecologist. Mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 45 hour.So by using abortion pill under advice you can avoid surgery. 3. Abortion process will start 30-50 minutes after using last misoprostol pill and will complete in 3-4 days as bleeding and cramps will gradually disappear. But follow up at 7th day and USG should be done after 14 day to confirm incomplete abortion. Rest, analgesic, healthy diet with iron supplements and proper pelvic hygiene should be advisable after abortion.
