General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for asking at HC magic.
1. The only medical condition that can cause both vaginal secretion changes and breast discomfort is pregnancy. I do not have much information on your last menstrual periods and if you are sexually active or not but if you are sexually active and have missed a period I would recommend you to have a urinary pregnancy test.
Outside of pregnancy breast discomfort and vaginal discharge are not connected.
2. If you have vaginal secretion changes, abdominal pain and low back pain you might need to consider tests for chlamydia and gonorrhea. They are done by taking cervical secretions (a medical professional has to take them with gynecological visit and send them for testing). It is very important to rule these infections out.
Infection by these organisms can be acute and cause the heart to beat faster also and vaginal secretion changes with abdominal pain and low abdominal pain.
So for the moment do a urinary pregnancy test. If it is negative set an appointment with your doctor to have a gynecological exam and the other needed tests to rule out sexually transmitted infections. Meanwhile I would recommend you to use pain killers like paracetamol and Ibuprofen to help with pain and discomfort.
Hope this is helpful and answers to your question.
Best regards
