What Are These White Spots On The Knuckle Of Toe ?

Hi, I am a 20-year old female with no history of health problems. I am 5 feet tall and approximately 125 pounds. I have several small white spots on the knuckle of my fourth toe of my right foot, which are more like scabs than fungus. Recently, on my left foot, part of the big toenail became discolored (yellowish) and fell off completely. I thought it was due to fungus but the skin underneath has begun to peel off and is abnormally painful. Also I have been suffering random nosebleeds. I have also lost three pounds in the past week without changing my diet in any way. What is wrong with me? Do you think I should get the spots checked? I wasn t concerned about any of this until my nose started bleeding .
