I am a 20 year old female why do i have abdominal cramps, dizziness , diarrhea , head ache and urine constantly? What s wrong ? Am I pregnant or about to start my period?

The problems you have stated are all non specific for pregnancy diagnosis. If your periods are overdue, then it is best to go for a urine pregnancy test with the first morning sample of urine. Before the periods it is heaviness which is more common.
