Welcome to Healthcare Magic The baby could be moving around inside and is not abnormal. As long she is not feeling pain, no vaginal discharge or bleeding and she can feel foetal movements of the baby then she will be fine. She needs to maintain count of the movements after 1 hour of eating food. Ideally it should be done after Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Ideally total count should be 10 or more in 1 day. Get her for regular checkup and ultrasound. She needs to eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Excess urination could be sign of urinary tract infection which must not be taken lightly. Let her contact her Doctor and get urine tested for infection.
