Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
If you are applying any powder to your kid's face, kindly stop it, may be he is allergic to that. He also has a gastrointestinal infection or if you have just started Infacare, his body will take some time to get adjusted to formula foods. Give him exclusive breast feeds for 6 months. He is losing body fluids via loose stools, give him plenty of fluids and take him to a Pediatrician as he may need antibiotics.
Take Care.
