hey there im a 34 yr old male and i have two non fixed hard beadlike things under the skin at the front of my collarbone,if messed around with they cause an aching sensation.what are they?

The 2 non fixed hard beadlike may be enlarged lymphnodes & if they are painful you need to get investigated to rule out Tuberculous enlargement .Keep a watch if they increase in size or pain is increased & get routine investigation done after consulting a doctor near by.
