What Are These Black Blood Clots And Why Is There Cramp In My Abdomen ? Iam 18 Weeks Pregnant ?
Hi I am 23 y/o this will be my 3rd child. In October I had an ectopic pregnancy @ 6 weeks. I am 18 weeks today and when I wiped after urinating I had numerous small black blood clots. I have been having cramping in my abdomen the last week. I don t want to go into my hospitals L&D if it isn t absolutely necessary. My husband is in Afghanistan and I have 2 young children.

It seems to be an incomplete or missed abortion.You should go for an USG and gynec check up , if it is threatened abortion then also you need treatment for that and blood Hb is must. At 18 weeks it is less likely to be an ectopic but one should always be cautious.
