What Are The White Stings In My Stool?

Hi, I'm 14 years old. I had never had any serious disease in my life. I'm 1,67 metres tall, and I weigh 49,2 kilos. I used to weigh atleast 50,5 kilos.

I'm healthy and I exercice a lot (sailing). Apart from the weight loss, I've noticed some white strings in my stool, which break apart when they get touched by a stick or anything (it seems they actually disappear). I don't know if I have worms or anything, but I just want to make sure it's not something serious. I have no other symptoms expect from that weight loss this month. Please answer my question.
