What are the ways to reduce weight

sir i am 22, male, 180cms tall & i am 90kg in weight.i have breathing problem and being prescribed to take seroflo inhaler. i need to put down my weight as soon as possible as i got tests cleared for joining army.i need to go by coming January and i am working in a software company right now so i can do jogging for an hour in the morning nothing more. so please guide me in Oder to take some medicines to reduce my weight upto 12kg within 6 months but not with any side effects......please guide me......
