What Are The Vitamins Recommended Post Op For Healing?
Hello, I am 7 days post op. Is there any certain vitamins that I should be taking to help assist the healing process. Also, I am going on western Caribbean cruise in 24 days. Exactly 30 days post op. I know I should take extra antibiotics to any third world antibiotics but should I take anything certain? Also am I able to start tanning at least two prior to leaving? I understand the damage UV rays cause; however, my dermatologist can not get me in before leaving. Thanks in advance. Elisha Jackson, MHA, LSW

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that healing is natural phenomenon and this does not need any medicine but of course infection is matter and some time for faster healing process vitamin c some time used, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
