What are the uses of macgest and gonadotropin injections during pregnancy?

hi,
i just now came to know that i am pregnant: my report says: single intrauterine pregnancy of 1) chorionic gonadotrophin inj IP 5000 IU(HCG Inj)
2)Macgest 200 inj
kindly advise why these inj are prescribed to me

Both these injections are pregnancy-supporting hormonal medications and are usually prescribed to women who either have a history of miscarriges or are at a risk of miscarrying. Your doctor knows best, so trust him/her and follow the same.
