What are the uses of Gabapentin,Isosorbide, Furosemide and Digoxin?

My mother takes a list of medicines, i m wanting to know what each medication treats. is that something you could help me with. Gabapentin 100mg 2X night Carvedilol 25mg 2X day Isosorbide MNER 60mg 1X day Levoxyl 112 mcg 1X day Losartin 25mg 1 a day at night Plaxix 75mg 1X day Furosemide 20mg 1X day Calciterel 25mg 1X day Digoxin 125mcg 1/2 1X day Lantus 60 units 1 day in the morning. Vytorin 10/40 1X d (she takes half a tablet)

I appreciate your concern for your mother.

Gabapentin is used to treat Painful neuralgias (inflammed nerves)
Isosorbide is used to treat heart disease (angina)
Furosemide, Losartan, Carvedilol and Digoxin to treat heart failure
Plavix to keep the blood thin
Calcitriol for Vitamin D deficiency states like osteoprosis
Lantus insulin for diabetes, and
Vytorin for High cholesterol and Triglycerides.
