What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Pure Forskolin Extract?

I have recently ordered a product I saw on television . it is supposed to help lose weight. the name is pure forskolin extract . I hve tried to find that name on the internet. but haven t found that one. I have found a few others that had four stars. Hw can I find out if this is a 4 star product?

Hello there,
Forskolin extract is a herbal extract from the plant from the mint family.Its well known effect is on the heart and blood vessels.It increases heart rate and relaxes blood vessels hence helping in lowering of blood pressure.Its been used in the treatment of cardiac diseases and asthma.

In few animal studies its been found to decrease obesity but substantial data for humans is not available.Its efficacy in the treatment of obesity is not fully understood.Its a new drug which has its own side effects more commonly low BP which can lead to headache,nausea,dizziness etc.

As this is a relatively new drug on the market,its better to practice caution.I would advice you to follow the conventional path of exercise and diet control with a balanced diet to tackle the problem of obesity than taking pills and expose yourself to the side effects.
