What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of 100 Mg Losartan Potassium?

I am taking 100 mg losartan potassium. My blood pressure has been flunctiating between 153/92 high to 101/78. Today I was standing washing dishes began to feel dizzy. My BP was 83/51 p. 81@ 1:50 p.m. took nap, took it at 5: pm it is 133/78 p. 66. Could medication need adjusting.

The medication may need adjusting as you mentioned.

Decrease in blood pressure on standing is called orthostatic hypotension. It can have varied causes but your doctor would be able to assess for this and treat.

One of the causes is side effect of medication (eg bp meds). It can also sometimes be related to inadequate fluid intake, heart disease, diabetes (if have related nerve disease).
These are only some of the causes.
