What Are The Triggers Of A Temporal Lobe Epilepsy?

Thank you for addressing my health question regarding my diagnosis by neurologist w/Left Front Temporal Lobe Seizure Disorder. Begin as Simple-Partial developing into Tonic Clonic . My question..are there any known findings as to possible "triggers" for this/these seizure classifications?

Hello,

Seizures can get triggered by the following:
1. Lack of sleep,
2. Fasting,
3. Stress,
4. Skipping a dose of anti-epileptic drugs,
5. Fever,
6. Certain medicines such as quinolone antibiotics, Tramadol (pain killer)

The list is exhaustive but not complete.
