I have a CSR for last 6 yrs. The leak is near to central raphal of neuro retinal papillo macullar bundle
My vision that time was 6/6 & N6 & now it is 6/6 & 6/12
OCT confirms subretinal fluid in left eye.
What can be possible risk free treatments.

Watch clinical impact regularely. Recording of vision shows no problem. 6/12 can be related to CSR because of location near macula interfierence can be avoided as far as possible.If CSR is progressive then some surgical procedure can be undertaken.It can be with lasser.You can contact retina surgeon who is doing such cases.
