What Are The Treatments For Severe Itching On Inner Labia, Clitoris And Vaginal Opening?
Plz plz help! Severe itching on inner labia, clitoris and area near vaginal opening. Not sexually active...never have been. Area is very dry and irritated. There is no discharge at all. I have tried a hydrocortisone cream but it did not help. I sometimes use vaseline to relieve the itching as it moisturizes, but the effect is temporary.

from history it seems that you might be having fungal infection on the part.
Now due to untreated condition, it spread on near by area.
Apply anti-fungal cream locally.
Go for one oral anti-fungal medicine course.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Take Cetrizine or Benadryl tablet for itching.
Ok and take care.
