What Are The Treatments For Runny Nose, Fever And Chills Of A 2 Year Old Child?

My son is 2 1/2 and suddenly at 0120 this morning started running a 102 temp. Has chills and really lethargic. Hasn t eat anything except a bite of a kit kat. Drank sips of Apple juice and some milk. He s very pale. He was fine until this morning. No other symptoms

Hai....only few hours of fever without other symptoms like breathlessness or seizures or loss of consciousness or rash....shouldn't be a worrisome feature. What's more important is how is the child when the fever remits. If he's active & playing around.... It could just be a self limiting viral illness.
