What Are The Treatments For Recurring Red, Bumps On Groin Of A Toddler?

hello my toddler has red bumps on her groin area which wont go away. ive seen a boil come and go within a day. i have used calamine lotion and cornstarch powder and was washing her with ivory soap. the dermatologist gave us muprocin but that hadnt cleared it up. we recently went back to another dermatologist and she recommended cetaphil antibacterial soap and cereve moisturizing cream. conditions worsened. now her groin area is swollen and the bumps have white heads. help.

HI. By now you have already consulted two Dermatologists.
I would suggest you to stop all applications including the soap for a day or two.
Swelling indicates a chance of infection, and may need an antibiotic if it increases.
Many times the over-treatment itself increases problems in many skin conditions and She is just a toddler. Treatment also masks the original picture of the disease , making it difficult for the diagnosis by another Dermatologist.
