What Are The Treatments For Recurring Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea And Lower Back Pain?

hello,
I am 51 years old and have been having issues with cramps and diarrhea. I take antidiarrheal med and it goes away for a few days and it comes back. I have been having this issue for a couple of weeks? I just returned from the Dominican and it seems to have gotten worst since I returned. I also feel nauseous and have lower back pain when this happens???any ideas??

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some gastro-intestinal infection giving this trouble.
Go for one course of Ofloxacilin, Tinidazole combination for 3-5 days.
Take light diet.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
