What Are The Treatments For Pimples And Discoloration Due To Pimples?

Hi i am 19 years old guy. I get pimples frequently, not too many but1 or 2.I use adiff gel at night n erytop cream in the morning. How can i get rid of pimples forever. I hav a bit of redness on my face due to pimples. Please help and suggest me some good creams.

Welcome to healthcare magic.
Pimples is a hormone related problem which is chronic and will run its course till you are around 25-28 years and sometimes even beyond that. There is no permanent cure for pimples but with maintainance treatment, you can keep it under control, prevent scarring and marks.
You could continue to use the gels you have mentioned even when you have no pimples. This will prevent new pimples from coming up.
Use face was containing 2% salicylic acid.
Avoid cosmetics/ creams and lotions.
Eat healthy diet and drink lots of water. Avoid fried food and foods high in sugar content.
You could also do glycolic or salicylic acid based peels once a month.
