What Are The Treatments For Pain In Left Side Of Neck, Dry Sinus, Headache And Runny Nose?

Hey !
So I started off having throbbing pain in the left side of my neck near the throat area for a couple of days then I started having extremely dry sinuses for a couple of days now I'm having headaches, sore throat, coughs and blocked and a runny nose. I'm wondering if this is a pattern leading to something and what are good medications to take or maybe remedies to try ?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute upper respiratory tract infection giving all these symptoms.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course like Azithromicin for 3-5 days.
Take analgesic, decongestant medicines for 2-3 days.
Take vicks inhalation.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
