sir, i am in age 30, Research Scholar, workaholic (arranging home all the time) INSOMNIA - 1. sleepless night 2. change my posture all the time. 3. max 4 hours sleep from 12 - 4 in night GAS TROUBLE & sometimes times BP - 1. fast breathing with little movement also

as you have problem of sleep first of all habit of whole day like whether you have any addiction like alcohol, tobacco, tea, coffee, or any other psychoactive substance as it also affects your sleep. as your gas problem is secondary to sleep or it may be individual problem and fast breathing is also problem so consult your psychiatrist and physician for further management..
