What Are The Treatments For Dark Colored Cheeks And Pimples?

My cheeks are darker than the rest of my face. The darker region also have little pimples. They are not very big but if you look closely you can see those pimples. I am 16. Is this normal or what. I also shave. The region that is darker starts just from the end of the mustache region to the end of the hair near the ear. Hope you can picture it.

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I would keep a possibility of acne vulgaris along with melasma.

If I was the treating doctor I would suggest that you use a gel based sunscreen, that which offers both UV A and UV B protection, throughout the day.

Once daily azaleic acid cream can be used at night, at the start of therapy. Azaleic acid works for both acne and pigmentation.
