What Are The Treatments For Abdominal Pain, Vomiting And Diarrhea?
I ate a fried applie pie that gave me abdominal pain for 4 hours before vomiting it up 24 hrs ago. Light fever through that night with uneasiness, and diarrhea. Woke very weak and light headed, continued drinking gatorade through the morning with crackers. Then ate a hamburger with no problems. I am experiencing tightness in chest, cant take a full breath. Still have diarrhea.

You probably have food indigestion. I will advise you to drink lots of water and take very light food- avoid fast food items and spicy foods. You should get prescribed ciprofloxacin and tinidazole along with antipyretic and antiemetics from your physician.
Take rest, weight and watch it will be ok with this within 2-3 days.
