Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

The symptoms of tightness in chest, cough, fatigue with green mucus indicate severe respiratory tract infection. If you are having symptoms of breathlessness, wheezing... indicate probable pneumonia. Since you are not having these symptoms it is unlikely to be pneumonia. But since you are probably having severe respiratory tract infection, you need to take treatment under supervision of physician. The treatment is mainly by use of antibiotics, decongestants and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment.
