Hi,

Sudden sensation of internal or external spinning, triggered mostly by sudden movement of head is vertigo. There need not bother symptoms like you have. With your symptoms of pain in the head, eyes and ears and back of head with nasal secretions, it seems to be sinus infections (both temporal and maxillary). This causes involvement of ears following eustachian tube block, infection of ear leading to spinning of head and loss of balance. You can take over the counter cold pill (Synarest)
and take inhalation of vapor with added Karvol capseal in water. Consult an ENT specialist for specifications.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
