What Are The Symptoms Of Std?

The other night after intercourse , I used the bathroom before showering and the skin where my butt starts started to burn. After a cold shower, I examined down there and the skin was pink with red dots. The skin tone on the lips of my vagina are lighter going in towards the vulva. The skin area doesnt burn or hurt unless I pee or rub it. My clitoral hood also has little red dots on it qnd the skin is stretchier. I ve only had one sexual partner and he doesnt show any signs of an STD. I figured it was from having rough sex and besides from down there I show no signs of an STD. I dont get a period because I am on the birth-control DEPO. I also noticed 2 skin tags sticking up on the fold of my butt toward my vagina. Thank you

Hello, Sad to hear about your complaint. If I am your treating doctor I would say that it is not a STD from the symptom you have mentioned. All the things you have mentioned is most probably is because of the violent sex you have performed. The red dots are probably is granulation tissue which is the sign of healing. Also your feeling of burning is because of interruption of healing process. If I am your treating you I advised you to apply petroleum jelly over the friction areas. Also maintain the hygiene this will cure the problem within 1-2 weeks. I advice you to take follow up after 2 weeks. Thnx
