What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

On June 20th I went off of birth control because I m trying to get pregnant. I had only been taking birth control for about 3 months. During the first 3 weeks I was off birth control my husband was away because he is in the military and had to go to a training at another base. On July 8th we had sex, and then the next day I got my period. 5 days later (July 13th) we had sex again even though I still had a light period. After we had sex that day my period completely stopped, and 3 or 4 days later I started to get cramping on one side of my lower abdomen. A few days after that I started to feel bloated and cramping throughout my whole lower abdomen. Now this past week I still feel some cramping and bloated, but my breasts are also a little swollen and tender and my nipples are constantly erect. In the afternoons I have been getting severe headaches and fatigue, and during the day I feel very dizzy and lightheaded. All around I feel different than I have ever felt before. I took a home pregnancy test this morning but the result was negative. Is this possibly a false negative because it s too early? I have an appointment with my gynecologist next Thursday because I told her I m trying to conceive and may already be pregnant. I was hoping to have a positive home pregnancy test before my appointment so my doctor can do a blood test. Is it still possible that I am pregnant?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the days of your intercourse comes under safe period.So the chances of pregnancy might be less.But confirmation can be done by urine pregnancy test which gives accurate results after a week of missed period.And the symptoms like sore breasts,bloating ,increased urination start usually 2 weeks of missed period in case of pregnancy.And your symptoms might be due to some hormonal imbalance.And it is too early to get positive result and to feel any symptoms.Dont worry.Wait and check for the period.Avoid stress as it delays fertility further.
