Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.
tab CLONAZEPAM, is short acingseadtive you can minimze its dose on your own.
Venlafaxine is category C drug in pregnancy .
Pregnancy Category C is given to medicines that have not been studied in pregnant women but show side effects to the fetus in animal studies. A pregnancy C category medicine may still be given to a pregnant woman if her healthcare provider believes that its benefits to the mother outweigh the possible risks to her unborn child.
So consult with concerned doctor weather to continue or reduce its dose.
Last but not the least get urine pregnancy test done, if have crossed the dates.
i will suggest you take folic acid, vitamin B 12 supplements if you are expecting baby.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
