What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

My last period was started on 24th Jan. I had intercourse with my husband on 3rd Feb. My ovulation started on 9th Feb. I had the second intercourse on 11th Feb. I've been experiencing soreness on my breasts and light abdominal cramping (especially before sleep) since 7th Feb. Yesterday (18 Feb) I was having mentrual like pain. Will I get pregnant?

I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1] Day 10 to 20 of the cycle are the most fertile days of the cycle.
2] In your case this period is between 2nd to 12th February. If you had unprotected sex during this period , you have chance to be pregnant.
3]If you don't get your periods till 24th February, please get UPT done on morning's first sample of urine. This will give you idea weather you are pregnant.
4] Symptoms that you have narrated are not that definite to suggest pregnancy.
