Hello,
While the rest of your symptoms are seen in a very early pregnancy, frequent urination is a feature of a pregnancy of late first trimester as the uterus grows in size and pushes over the bladder. Home pregnancy tests cannot read well until 3-7 days after a missed period. The best way to confirm/exclude a pregnancy at this stage is to get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres as this is a sensitive and specific test. You can follow it up with a trans-vaginal sonogram after another week. Hope this helps.
