Hi,

Having unprotected intercourse always carries a risk of becoming pregnant. However, the symptoms you are describing are non-specific and may not be related to pregnancy.

Since you have taken the morning-after pill, it needs to prevent pregnancy from happening by causing withdrawal bleeding by 5 to 7 days after the intake of the pills.

If bleeding doesn't happen by 10 days after the intake of the pill, you need to seek medical attention promptly. Kindly take the urine pregnancy test and consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
