What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I went doctor was told I am 6wks pregnant went an did a ultra sound nothing showed did a blood test nothing showed either was vomiting den it stop I waited 2months did 2 home test and got faded lines at times I feel like small jolts in my stomach my undie is begin wet often am I pregnant please help

Following are few signs of pregnancy
Missed period
Fatigue
Morning sickness
Nausea
Spotting
Frequent urination
Headache
Heart burn
Constipation
Tender breasts
Look these signs are only suggestive of pregnancy and are not the confirmatory signs of pregnancy. So I advice you to undergo urine pregnancy test or a sonography which will confirm whether you are pregnant or not.Thank you.
