What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Rheumatoid Arthritis?

I'm a 36yr old female and have been overweight(79 kg) all my life (the only exercise i did was walking and was not very regular with that). 6 months back while playing tennis, i had severe in the right leg (left leg doesn't disturb). X-ray showed that the knee cap had dislocated(grade 1) in both legs. I tried exercising and took precautionary measure to not bend the knee. Since there was no relief, I took an MRI and found that there is not ligament injury and only that water had filled in the right knee. My orthopedic doctor prescribed pain killer and said just there is nothing wrong and only aberrations in the knee cap is causing pain. I recently watched a TV program and the doctors were discussing about rheumatoid arthritis.

My history is as follows. I have knuckle pain the right hand, swollen fingers, swollen face, cervical spondylitis, plantar faciatis(every day morning my right heel hurts very bad, slowly it is fine after sometime. I complained to my orthopaedist several times about this but he doesnt listen and ignores it ), severe pain the right shoulder, constant swelling and pain in the back of the right knee. Also I have unexplained feverish feeling for the past one year(could not be diagnosed, but the thermometer shows normal temperature, but the skin is clearly warmer)

I am wondering if my condition is rheumatoid arthritis.

hi welcome to hcm
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic (long-term) disease. Rheumatoid arthritis symptoms can come and go, and each person with RA is affected differently. Some people have long periods of remission. Their rheumatoid arthritis is inactive, and they have few or no symptoms during this time.Morning stiffness" is one of the hallmark symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.Fluid enters into the joint and it becomes puffy; this also contributes to stiffness.
Fatigue
Malaise (feeling ill)
Loss of appetite, which can lead to weight loss
Muscle aches
you can also check your blood for ra factor,
thank you

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Sunil Kumar Srivastava's  Response
Youmay seek consultation with an Rheumatologist. As of now, multiple joints may be implicated in many other forms of diseases and arthritis, etc for which several blood tests, urine tests are required to be done.Since you have doubts for rheumatoid, it should also be ruled out or confirmed by Serum Anti-ccp test and rheumatoid factor, ASO titre,ESR , immunoglobin levels, anti-nuclear antibodies, and complete blood count.physical evaluation and X rays of hand for small joints of fingers will also be needed. so kindly visit a Rheumatologist
